4.3 wbwin reserves the right to suspend Account functionality — including the processing of withdrawal requests — pending successful completion of KYC verification. Completion of KYC is a condition precedent to first withdrawal for all Accounts.
4.4 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account login credentials. You must notify wbwin's customer support immediately via Live Chat upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any suspected security compromise.
5.1 Deposits. wbwin accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the payment channels listed on the platform, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong. 5.2 Withdrawal Processing. 5.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawal of Real Money Funds requires completion of KYC. Withdrawal of Bonus-derived winnings requires compliance with all applicable wagering requirements attached to the bonus from which such winnings were derived. wbwin reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of funds pending investigation where the Account is under review for suspected policy violations.
5.4 Currency. All Account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). wbwin does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any currency other than MYR through the standard payment channels.
5.5 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your wbwin Account are from legitimate sources and that you are the authorised holder of the payment instrument used. wbwin reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds in accordance with its AML obligations.
6.1 wbwin may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback, or other promotional incentives to Users. All such offers are subject to specific Terms published at the time of the promotion, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions, and expiry periods.

13.1 wbwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms have been violated; (b) the User has provided false information; (c) the Account poses an AML, fraud, or regulatory compliance risk; or (d) the User has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 8.
13.2 Upon termination for cause, wbwin may forfeit any Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings held in the Account. Real Money Funds will be returned to the User via the original payment method, subject to any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to wbwin.
13.3 You may close your wbwin Account at any time by contacting customer support via Live Chat. Closure requests are processed within 3 business days. Any Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered withdrawal method.
14.1 wbwin reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the wbwin platform prior to the amendment taking effect.

15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by wbwin's licensing authority, the decision of which shall be final and binding on both parties.
